“Sajit has over 27 years of total experience in the Financial Services Industry. He spent close to two decades in capital markets in various roles ranging from Fund Management, Equity Broking & Custodial services before he followed his passion to start his own venture. Being part of strategic initiatives in various roles during his experience in capital markets has helped him to develop a deeper understanding of businesses across industries.
In 2012 he moved out of his corporate career to venture on his own and founded Hyphenic, a niche business consulting firm.

In the last 8 years, Sajit’s has consulted many companies on their Business strategy and Capital raising and helped them grow to the next orbit.
He was part of the Investment Management team and has managed multiple funds from pure equities to hybrid/structured funds. He has worked With Kotak Mutual Fund. SBI Mutual Fund, IDBI Capital Market Services Ltd. (ICMS). Sajit has a post-graduate management qualification in Finance.

” Harshal is a computer engineer and has over 16 years of rich experience in Software development. He has recently worked as a software architect for a US based company Trader Ultimate INC, where he had setup complete IT infrastructure from scratch, managed team of 50 developers and solely developed profitable startegies algorithms to help individual traders and institutional investors in trading and investing. Now Harshal is consulting few IT companies and actively working on few blockchain based projects. Digital Marketing is one of his passion and so Harshal is helping Souave online marketing team to reach potential clients through social platforms and search engines.”
